What is included in L'Annexe's Adult Only brunch?

L'Annexe offers an unlimited sweet and savoury buffet with its own selection, complemented by three live show cookings: Baciata with truffle stracciatella, pasta prepared to order in a cheese wheel and freshly made tiramisu. The chefs perform the show cookings every 30 minutes. An extensive selection of unlimited drinks is also included.

How much is L'Annexe's Adult Only brunch and what does it include?

The package is €53 per person and is reserved for guests aged 16+. During the two-hour slot it includes the unlimited sweet and savoury buffet, three live show cookings and unlimited drinks: Prosecco, fresh orange juice with pulp, homemade lemonade, detox water, homemade iced tea, coffee, espresso, cappuccino, café latte with cow's or oat milk, teas and herbal infusions. Time slots are 11am–1pm and 1:30–3:30pm. Book your time slot online.

Can I change or cancel my brunch booking and get a refund?

Yes. Your confirmation email contains a personal link to change the number of guests, choose another time slot or cancel. Changes and cancellations are possible until midnight on the day before brunch: for Sunday brunch, until Saturday at midnight. Cancellations made within this deadline are automatically refunded to the original payment method; depending on your bank, this may take a few days. Questions: brunch@lafabbrica.be.

Can we celebrate a birthday during brunch at La Fabbrica or L'Annexe?

Yes. At both venues, our team can bring a slice of cake with a candle, and you may also bring your own cake. At La Fabbrica, when Toto the Clown is scheduled, he enjoys highlighting birthdays. At L'Annexe, the cake and candle are accompanied by a glass of Prosecco. Mention the birthday when booking or on arrival.

In this independent room, opened in 2024, we welcome you for your events, but also to offer you a brunch worthy of our expertise every Sunday, with a buffet that's as delicious and varied as ever. There are no clowns or kids make-up here, just a cosier space, a more intimate room and an open kitchen for the brunch buffet.
In this adults-only area, we've added bubbles and unlimited coffee specialities: lattes, cappuccinos and espressos.

The formula: €53 per person, two sittings on Sunday

The Adults Only brunch at L’Annexe is for guests aged 16 and over. It runs on Sundays and costs €53 per person. It is not one continuous service: we welcome you in two separate sittings, one at 11.00 am and one at 1.30 pm. You choose your slot when you book, and you then have two hours at your table, enough time to work your way round the buffet without watching the clock.

First sitting: 11.00 am, table until 1.00 pm
Second sitting: 1.30 pm, table until 3.30 pm

The brunch is €53 per person, all in: the buffet, the show cooking and the free-flowing drinks are all included in that price. One price, €53, whichever sitting you choose.

What the €53 includes

The sweet and savoury buffet is all you can eat, and three dishes are cooked in front of you in the room: the Baciata filled with truffle stracciatella, the pasta finished inside the Grana Padano wheel, and the tiramisu made on the spot. The chefs get going every 30 minutes.

The drinks are free-flowing too, self-service. The bubbles are Italian: we pour prosecco. Alongside the prosecco you will find fresh orange juice, homemade lemonade, detox water, homemade iced tea, coffee — espresso, café latte, cappuccino — as well as teas and herbal infusions.

The room

L’Annexe is a self-contained room with its own entrance: 125 m² over two levels and 80 seats. Sound-insulated doors separate it from La Fabbrica's family dining room, which keeps the mood calm and softly lit. A disco ball on the ceiling is a reminder that the room knows how to throw a party too.

Themed Sundays

Some Sundays have a theme, at the same single price of 53 € per person and in the same two services. Halloween: 18 and 25 October, 1 and 8 November 2026. Christmas: 6, 13, 20 and 27 December 2026, and 3 January 2027. These Sundays are booked online like any other.

Booking is done online and is strongly recommended. You can change or cancel your booking up to midnight the day before: the refund is automatic.

Brunch cancellation policy

Due to the large number of no-shows we receive every Sunday, we have decided to request online payment in order to validate brunch bookings.
Cancellations and refunds of the brunch are possible until midnight on Saturday (the day before your visit) via the link in the booking and reminder email.
Should the number of participants in the booking change, we ask you to inform us as soon as possible. Refunds will only be possible if we are notified by the deadline, i.e. Saturday before midnight (the day before the booking).
Once this deadline has passed, no refund will be possible.
All refunds will be made solely and automatically to the card used for payment of the booking.
